RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Opened or used fragrance products may not qualify for return due to hygiene and safety considerations.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

In such cases, BELREN PARIS may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used fragrance products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the desired item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

To qualify for this withdrawal right:

  • The product must remain unused and unopened

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

This withdrawal right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened, including fragrance products.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or banking institution.
