Shipping & Delivery

Dispatched from our France fulfillment center, with care to every parcel.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from our France fulfillment center. We operate from within the European Union, ensuring our European customers receive their parcels with minimal transit time and no customs delays.

How long does delivery take?

Orders shipped within the European Union typically arrive within 3–6 business days. International orders outside the EU may take 7–14 business days, subject to local customs processing.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Complimentary shipping is offered on EU orders above a specified threshold — please refer to the checkout for the current threshold.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. A tracking link is sent by email as soon as your parcel leaves our France warehouse. If you do not receive the email within 48 hours of placing your order, please write to us.

Do you ship internationally outside the EU?

We ship to select destinations beyond the European Union. International customers should note that any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy reflects the hygiene considerations particular to fine fragrance.

What is your return policy?

Due to the hygiene considerations inherent to fine fragrance, we accept returns only on unopened products in their original packaging, with all seals intact. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer rights.

Can I return an opened fragrance?

For reasons of fragrance hygiene and product integrity, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage customers to contact our concierge before purchase for guidance — we are happy to advise.

How do I initiate a return?

Write to our concierge at contact@belrenparis.com with your order number and the product you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the address for our France warehouse.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected at our France fulfillment center, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few additional days.

Do you cover return shipping costs?

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in cases where the parcel arrived damaged or where an incorrect item was sent. In such instances, we cover the return cost in full.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How can I contact customer care?

The most direct route is by email at contact@belrenparis.com. Our concierge responds to every enquiry personally — we do not use automated replies.

What are your support hours?

Email support is available throughout the week. We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours, Monday through Friday. Enquiries received over the weekend are addressed on the following business day.

I have not received a response — what should I do?

If 48 business hours have passed without a reply, please check your spam folder, then write to us again. Occasionally messages are misrouted, and we take care to respond to every enquiry.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been dispatched from our France warehouse, we can usually accommodate changes or cancellations. Please write to us promptly with your order number.

Fragrance Information

On composition, longevity, and how to live with a Belren fragrance.

How long do your fragrances last?

Each composition is engineered for signature longevity. Wear time varies by skin chemistry, climate, and concentration — typically 6 to 10 hours, with the deeper notes lingering longest.

How should I store my fragrance?

Store your flacon away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. A cool, dark space — such as a closed drawer or wardrobe shelf — preserves the composition's integrity and refined diffusion.

Are your fragrances suitable for all genders?

Yes. Our compositions are conceived without gender — designed around atmosphere, character, and the wearer's own interpretation.

How should I apply the fragrance?

Apply to pulse points — the inner wrists, behind the ears, the base of the throat — for elegant diffusion. We recommend allowing the fragrance to dry naturally rather than rubbing the wrists together, which can alter the composition.

Can I sample a fragrance before committing?

Please write to our concierge to enquire about sampling options. We are pleased to guide customers toward the composition that best suits them.

EU Shipping & Pricing

Currency, taxes, and what European customers should know.

What currency are your prices displayed in?

All prices on our site are displayed in Euros (EUR). International customers will see their local equivalent at checkout, depending on the region selected.

Are taxes included in the price?

For European Union customers, all applicable VAT is included in the prices displayed. There are no additional charges at checkout beyond the chosen shipping method.

Do customers outside the EU pay additional duties?

International orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by Belren at checkout.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship throughout the European Union and to selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please write to our concierge — we may be able to arrange shipment on request.
